With over a decade of direct recruiting experience, Dennis has successfully executed both contingency and retained searches across a wide spectrum of roles — from executive placements to line-level employees. This hands-on expertise grounds his insight into the challenges and inefficiencies of traditional recruiting.

From his New Haven, Connecticut roots to mastering the Bay Area market, Dennis merges his studies in psychology and philosophy with 25+ years of experience in human connection & customer engagement.

In his free time, Dennis studies Wing Tsun and Krav Maga martial arts, and competes in Toastmasters International speaking competitions. With a commitment to listening well, serving effectively, and building lasting connections, Dennis brings a people-first approach to every search and placement.
